I went to church the other day, we were taught about fruit. The fruit of your life. Fruit of your salvation. How do you know that you (or someone else) is truly a child of God?
John 15:5 [Jesus speaking] “I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.”
We bear fruit. But what does that mean? What fruit are we supposed to bear? what are the consequences of not bearing fruit? (more…)
